See the gaps before drawing the fix
At TVS Motor Company I mapped where the As-Is process left gaps, then defined the To-Be digital workflow designed to close them.

I turn business problems into clear requirements, data into insights, and ideas into working solutions.
Understand
For 3+ years I have translated business and data requirements into functional specifications for cross-functional and technical teams, in three industries that each play by different rules.

From process gaps to a digital workflow

At TVS Motor Company I mapped where the As-Is process left gaps, then defined the To-Be digital workflow designed to close them.
Internally, I led the process review and root-cause analysis of the Expense Reimbursement workflow for ~250 employees, then supported it through testing and into production.
Define
A good BRD is the shortest path between what the business means and what the team builds. These are the documents that made that path.
I authored 12 BRD/PDDs across more than ten practice management platforms, covering three workflow families end to end.

I authored the BRD/PDD for the lifecycle and then led technical clarification sessions with development teams, so questions were answered ahead of build rather than during it.

Connect
Requirements only matter once they connect the people who own a process, the data that describes it and the systems that run it.
People
I led stakeholder workshops with 9+ participants from Dispatch and Procurement, so requirements came straight from the people closest to the work.
Technology
Alongside the workflow, I evaluated API integration and role-based access control (RBAC) requirements for secure system access.
Data
I built cross-source reconciliation logic and data mapping, and contributed to the database design underneath it.
Systems
I engineered a 4-stage attendance automation pipeline spanning 2 branches, with an API sync to the HRMS and automated absence and missed-punch reporting.
Deliver
Delivery is not the go-live date. It is the faster query, the workflow that ships complete, and the support that keeps it working after launch.
Achieved through PostgreSQL query optimization on the Third Wave Coffee reconciliation system.

A rule-based invoice data-extraction tool I designed and built in Angular, with dynamic field highlighting that improves data visibility during invoice review. Demoed to company leadership.

Projects
Two projects of my own, where I wrote the requirements and then built what they describe.
I defined the requirements, business rules and status workflow for a healthcare claims-review application, then built it end to end on synthetic data.
An integrated Order-to-Cash pipeline built in Python: rules process the input first, and an LLM steps in only for unstructured input.

Built the Angular front end for 4 internal R&D initiatives: logout route guards, auth-token interceptors, Angular Material UI configuration, and reusable shared components and services for alerts and notifications. Handled testing and bug fixes with a teammate for backend integration and release readiness.
